Double-entry books that fill themselves in as you trade

Most restaurant systems hand your accountant a CSV. RestroNivo keeps proper double-entry books — sales, cost of goods, payroll and purchases all post as journal entries when they happen.

What it does

Frequently asked questions

Does RestroNivo replace my accounting software?

For most independent restaurants, yes — it keeps double-entry books, posts sales, purchases and payroll automatically, and produces profit and loss and balance sheet statements. Businesses with existing accountants usually export to them instead.

Is it compliant with e-invoicing rules?

ZATCA Phase 2 (Saudi Arabia), Mushak 6.3 (Bangladesh) and US sales tax are supported and enabled per restaurant. Restaurants elsewhere use standard configurable VAT invoicing.

Can I see profit per outlet?

Yes. Every financial report can be run for a single outlet or consolidated across all of them.
